Your Questions Answered

Here we have tried our best to answer the most common questions that our customers ask us. If you have any questions that are not answered on this page please do not hesitate to contact us

How do I sell my property through Quick Sale Houses?
If you need a quick cash sale, or if you would like to sell your house and rent it back, we can help. Simply complete our simple online enquiry form, and one of our experienced property buyers in your area will contact you to discuss how we can help.

Where do Quick Sale Houses buy property?
We cover all areas of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. We will buy any type of property, in any condition.

Can I continue living in my house after I have sold it to you?
Yes, you may continue living in the property after you have sold it, subject to paying a fair rental price and signing an Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreement. Read more here if you would like to sell your house and rent it back

How does the price I will get for my property compare to that I would get by advertising through an estate agent?
Although this will depend on a number of factors such as the type and location of your house, we will pay a trade price for your property - which is typically around 85% of the open market value.

But remember, on the open market you will still have to pay estate agents fees and legal fees, and there is no guarantee of a quick cash sale.

What fees will I have to pay?
There are no fees, no survey charges, no commissions or hidden costs of any kind. We will pay all valuation costs and your legal fees. We can also arrange a solictor on your behalf if you prefer.

How quickly can you buy my house?
As quickly as you need us to! If you need to sell your house quickly, we can exchange in as little as 24 hours (providing the necessary legal paperwork is in order). Your solicitor will be able to release the cash to you in full once the transaction is completed.

Do I need my own solicitor?
We always recommend you have a solicitor when selling your house. However, we will pay £500 towards your legal fees, and if required, can organise a solicitor for you on your behalf.

Will my neighbours know about the sale?
No, selling your house to Quick Sale Houses is completely confidential. We won't put a for sale sign up outside your house, and no one will need to know about the sale if you don't want them to.

Do I need a Home Information Pack (HIP)?
No, part of the terms of HIPs is that they will NOT be required in a private sale. The sale of your house to us is a private sale, so we do not require, nor do you need to provide a HIP.
